Barça Academy Camp Dijon 14/07/2024 – 19/07/2024
The technical program of each Barça Academy Camp France is based on the application of the training methodology of FC Barcelona. All trainings sessions are supervised and directed by the official coaches of Barça’ Cantera who will be present all the days on the pitch. We add to them other 1 professional SySport coach each 10/12 players. Every day we will try to stimulate children to understand their limits and try to improve them.
Therefore, no special technical skills are required to attend a Barça Academy Camp France, because everyone can participate. The only thing required is the passion for football and the desire to train, engage, to have fun.
For the goalkeepers there is a specific training program, precisely to deal with the specific characteristics and complexity of the role, with specific training sessions, with coaches dedicated to them, always under the supervision and direction of a FC Barcelona coach.
The weekly program of the Barça Academy Summer Camp France is organized as follows:
Sunday
- 02.00 pm – Meeting at Sport Center for the kit delivery
- 03.00 pm – Presentation of the Camp and Opening Ceremony
- 04.00 pm – Groups formation and session training
- 06.00 pm – End of training
From Monday to Thursday
- 08.30 am – Meeting at Sport Center
- 09.00 am – Morning training: 1nd session
- 10.30 am – Rest break
- 10.45 am – Morning training: 2nd session
- 12.00 am – End of training
- 12.30 am – Lunch
- 03.00 pm – Afternoon training: 1st session
- 03.45 pm – Rest break
- 04.00 pm – Afternoon training: 2nd session
- 05.00 pm – End of training
Friday
- 08.30 am – Meeting at Sport Center
- 09.00 am – Morning training: 1nd session
- 10.30 am – Rest break
- 10.45 am – Morning training: 2nd session
- 12.00 am – End of training
- 12.30 am – Lunch
- 02.30 pm – Camp closing ceremony and diploma delivery
